Before Over 40 Alpha


“I told a friend of mine, who trains regularly in the gym, that I needed a coach who could give me important tips, not only about training, but also about nutrition and recovery.

In 2018, after years of inactivity, I started training again and changed my diet. At that time I weighed 102 kg at 1m78 and was very out of shape, 6 months later I had lost over 20 kg and felt great. I took part in a Strong Viking (19 km obstacle course) and even made it to the finish.

Unfortunately, after that I didn't take it too well with training and nutrition, too much beer and snacks. I got an injury in October and had to stop training. I drank more beer, bad nutrition and in January I was back to 100 kg.

2019 the same, change of diet, hard training, in summer a good 15 kg less, more beer, more unhealthy snacks, less training, end of the year again at almost 100 kg.

2020 new start, healthy nutrition, sports and a 90 day beer (alcohol) ban. Before the 90 days were over I came across the 30 day challenge and extended the beer ban, first for 30 days, then onwards when I joined the over40 program.”


After the Over 40 Alpha


“I lost a lot of weight and gained mass & strength!

I have more endurance, I sleep better, and I have better posture.

My self-esteem has skyrocketed and have a much more positive attitude to life.

Healthy food now tastes good!

And what needs to be done will be done as I've adopted the #GID mentality. No excuses!”



“The best advice I can give is to listen to Funk! Follow the program, you learn everything about training, nutrition, recovery, mindset.

Don't give up, not even after setbacks, sometimes it takes several attempts. Don't stop training after the summer, just because you're not wearing a T-shirt anymore, and just remember that being overweight didn't happen overnight and therefore doesn't disappear after a few weeks.
