OVER 40 ALPHA TRANSFORMATION:
ROGER MILLER
We highlight our 51-year-old American brother who’s feeling like he’s in his 30s again just after 90 days!
Check out the story of Roger Miller…
“I’ve always been one to include fitness and exercise into my life, but I was inconsistent in my approach to a proper cadence that brought healthy results.
Instead, I would try running for a while, throw in some dumbbells, and never really have a plan. This program has changed that!”
“Even though I have to adjust my schedule at times to accommodate the training due to travel and work commitments, I cannot believe the energy and results I’m seeing – mostly in sustainability and a desire to not even look at a scale anymore.
I don’t need to see if I’m losing weight when I enjoy the view of myself in the mirror and how I feel in my heart.
I’ve lost 5 lbs, but that is mostly on my end as I could do the nutrition better and continue to need to shape my mindset.
My pants have gone from a 36″ waist to a 33″ waist and my love handles have disappeared!
While I do not measure my body fat percentage or testosterone levels (not my personal goal), I can definitely see sustainability during intimacy and overall energy and drive. I may be 51 but feel like I’m back in my thirties again.
The biggest benefits since starting this program have been the way the cadence, support, and results have fueled my physical and mental resilience.
Work and family can be depending, but this program gives me 1 hour a day, 5 days a week that I can claim as my own – it’s Roger Time with the Funk – and I look forward to it each day as I know I will be proud afterward.
It’s easy to quit when you are tired after that first or second series of sets. Indeed, when you bring us back for the third set I’m ready to call it – sweaty, sore, and short of breath… then I remember to squeeze the core, breath and smell the roses, and give myself props for the sweat – we’re getting it done as you would say!”
“It’s important to set a cadence right from the beginning or life will distract you. Remember you are not doing this for anyone else but you – what’s your goal?
For me, I set a one-hour meeting on my calendar each work out day, and if I knew it would be too hectic, I adjusted my workout schedule to days that still allowed me to stay up-to-date on the calendar for each Alpha week.
Finally, if you wait for someone else to motivate you to do this, you’re doing it for the wrong reason and should just watch youtube videos. How committed are you to yourself to reward YOUR health by doing something nice for you that will last for years to come?”

Keep the spirit of getting it done all the time! Way to go, Roger!
