Bonding Mechanism: Great Sense Of Humor

One Alpha trait that is easy to skip over is a laughable trait.

It is one’s ability to harness and maintain a great sense of humor.

Great Sense Of Humor

They say life is 10% in your control and 90% in the control of others… things that happen TO YOU.

Now, it can be frustrating to roll punch after punch when life gets hard.

But an Alpha deals with each situation with a sense of humor.

It’s the airbag that keeps us from getting damaged by the blows.

An Alpha doesn’t get offended if people make fun of him.

He can see that their words stem from their own insecurities.

He can take an insult and spin it into a laughable experience. Why?

Cause he has the confidence to know there is no truth but his own truth.

Being humorous is also possibly one of the best things you can do for your health.

Humor doesn’t just shield against depression.

It also improves people’s overall condition of life.

Researchers have found that people who succeed in certain types of humor have better self-esteem, greater self-assurance, good control over anxiety, and better performance in social exchanges.

In the O40A, we make sure to have fun while beasting the workouts and performing challenges.

Ever SMELL THE ROSE while you’re keeling over in pain?

It can’t help but put a smile on your face!

A sense of humor is an attractive trait.

It takes a strong mindset to live on the lighter side of things.

It takes a keen mind to listen to criticism and spin it back at them with humor.

But when you can do that…

You’re untouchable.

No one can hurt you.

Life is so much easier with a sense of humor.

Practice it like you would practice any other skill.

And when in doubt… laugh it off.
